Win a stay in a Hully Pod Terms and conditions 

1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over. Employees of Marwell Resort and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. 

2. Entry Requirements: 

  • To enter, participants must like the giveaway post on Facebook or Instagram, follow Hully and Marwell Resort’s Facebook or Instagram page, and tag friends in the comments. 
  • Each tagged friend counts as an additional entry. 
  • Bonus entries are granted for sharing the post in Facebook or Instagram stories. 

3. Prize: One winner will receive a voucher for a 2-night stay in a Hully Pod at Marwell Resort, Hampshire. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives. 

4. Entry Period: The giveaway begins at the time of posting and ends on 21 July. Entries received after this time will not be considered. 

5. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The decision of Hully Pods is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 

6. Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via Facebook or Instagram message within 7 days of the giveaway closing date. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Hully Pods reserves the right to select an alternative winner. 

7. Prize Redemption: The winner must book their stay within 6 months of being notified. Dates are subject to availability and must be booked in advance. 

8. Publicity: By entering, participants agree to have their name and likeness used for promotional purposes without additional compensation. 

9. Data Protection: Personal data provided during the entry process will be used solely for this giveaway and in accordance with Hully Pods privacy policy. 

10. Limitation of Liability: Hully Pods is not responsible for entries not received due to technical issues or any other reason beyond their control. 

11. Disqualification: Hully Pods reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions or is deemed inappropriate. 

12. Modification of Terms: Hully Pods reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice. 

13. Governing Law: This giveaway and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
