Built like a boat, layer by layer.
Every Hully Pod starts life in our Southampton workshop, hand-built by craftspeople using traditional boat-building techniques. The Pods are built for all seasons, engineered to be strong, easy to maintain, and sound-resistant.
1. Painted marine-grade fibreglass shell
Hand-laid layers of gel and glass fibre, moulded in one piece like an upturned boat hull, finished in your colour. 20-year warranty against water ingress.
2. Structural fibreglass rib arcs
Boat-style ribs follow the arch from one side of the base up and over to the other, the same trick that lets a hull shrug off the sea.
3. Aluminium bubble-foil insulation
Wrapped over the ribs to reflect warmth back into the room. Fully insulated for year-round use.
4. First-fix electrics
The wiring loom for your sockets and lighting is fitted in the factory, mains electrics come as standard, not as an extra.
5. Natural softwood lining
Hand-fitted slats with hidden expansion trims, an LED light bar along the roof arc and sockets where you need them. Paint it, or leave it natural.
6. One-piece insulated base
Fibreglass base tray, vinyl flooring and a tanalised decking step. All you need is a firm, level surface for the Pod to sit on.
Can we deliver your salon Pod?
Every Hully arrives fully built and is craned into place in under an hour. So before you start choosing colours and planning your layout, let’s check we can get one into your garden.
Why the access check comes first
Delivery is the one thing we have to get right, so we deal with it at the start rather than spring it on you at the end. Our lorries carry their own crane and lift over gates, fences and garages. For trickier gardens, we recommend bringing in a larger crane and lifting over the house.
A 30-second phone quality video is usually enough to show us what we’re working with. If it can’t be done, we’ll tell you before you’ve spent a penny.
