Some common questions first…

We can deliver to you if you live in mainland England, Wales or Scotland and have good access to the site.

We deliver your Pod to you on one of our vehicles and lift it into your property with our lorry’s built-in crane. There’s no need for concrete foundations, just a firm, level base.

Please ensure that there is access to the site where you wish the Pod to be unloaded – our vehicle needs unrestricted access both into and out of the delivery site.

The delivery site needs to have a minimum access width of 2.8 metres including any gates. The road to your site needs to have a minimum of 3.2 metres of height clearance including bridges and branches. The crane will need 7 metres of height clearance to safely unload the Pod at your chosen location.

We normally ask you to create a short video of your delivery site with your mobile phone and send it to us to check the access route. There are more details about how to make this video here:

Tips for making an access video

Our Pods come with an insulated fibreglass floor. They just need a firm, flat and level base to be set down on. This can be concrete, gravel grids, slabs or even decking.

We don't currently offer finance on our Pods. However, we are working on this. To be the first to know when this launches by signing up for your newsletter in the footer of this page.

We offer FREE delivery to England, Wales & Mainland Scotland.
